Budget - No min/max figure, but a guide could be £20. What's more important is that some thought has gone into making the gift personal, so an ability to stalk and plough through forum contributions is a must.

What you need to do - Confirm if you would like to participate on this here thread. Stalk vociferously. Purchase frivolously. Wrap badly. Post punctually.

Key Dates - 
- By October 31st - confirm you'd like to join in. It would be useful if you could confirm on here and then PM me your address by the 31st. If you would prefer not to have an overseas victim let me know in the PM.
- November 1st - Official B&B Xmas draw made. Will be filmed and recorded to then be uploaded on Xmas Day so you can see who your Santa is. I will send you a PM with your victim and their address. 
- November - stalking season.
- December - post to your recipient, being mindful of the country they reside in and the final posting dates for that area (see below for help - but be aware that Royal Mail do change their final posting dates occasionally, especially overseas)
- December 25th - Unwrap your gifts. Explain their significance to your in-laws. Post pictures on here. Gush slavishly. 

Last postage dates (Royal Mail) 
- 4th-18th December - International Standard delivery Region specific dates here                    
- 19th December - Last day for 2nd class and Royal Mail Signed For
- 21st December - 1st class and Royal Mail Signed for
- 23rd December - Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed

Most importantly - It would be lovely to have as many people as possible. If money is tight, make something personal (not a Minecraft beanie woven from your own pubes, but use your imagination), scour ebay for some cheap but targeted items, shoplift, etc.   Trite, but true - it's the thought that counts.
