That prevents them being sold, but not making them compatible. The fact that they can’t be sold even if they are compatible might be a factor, however. -

Ninja Gaiden 2 coming to back compat, X enhanced. Fable 2 and 3 being enhanced as well, plus the three 360 Splinter Cell games getting X enhancements too.

Chaos Theory was the Amon Tobin one right? Probably the best in single player. Not a great series but definitely one I enjoyed, especially in co-op for one of the 360 efforts.
