Frozen Synapse 2 - Open world tactics

The first one was excellent, we had some great forum games and even got a little tournament going.

I'm up for some forum games when this drops, shame it's not going to be on iPad though.Today is the shadow of tomorrow. -
I found the first one just a touch too fiddly on Vita. Gave it 6hrs, it almost clicked. I'd imagine a tournament with players of similar abilities would be close to outstanding.

The concept of Synapse seems really overwhelming compared to the relative tightness of cortex. The pitch is very limited and everyone is going after the ball so there's a focus point. Also interations are limited to standing or running. very good.

Really enjoyed the original. Would likely play this... but only if it came to Android. Would be great for lolling around on the couch with the tablet.
