Smoking, and preferring hash to weed which is probably worse for my lungs. Haven't smoked a cig for nine days though.
I never cook a roast without saving the juices for dripping on toast the next day, which ignorant, presumably Bad Vegan philistines seem to think is horrible.

Main one for me now is booze, starting to really get me down tbh.
Used to drink not much at all and blaze it up 24/7 420 for lyfe etc, but then got with the missus and she took a frown to my daily high-life routine, so it's an occasional thing these days instead, couple of times a month or so. In its place is the drink. Been trying to have at least 2 days of no drinking per week, but still feel I'm drinking far too much, and it's taking its toll on my body. Makes matters worse that there's a fairly large drinking culture in the industry, and we have a fridge that usually stocked with free beers.
My dad suffered from alcoholism all his life, and my brother is heading down the same route, albeit in a high functioning state, for now. Addiction definitely runs in our genes. I'd be far happier smoking a doob a night
Aside from that, I guess caffeine and nicotine. -

I don't smoke much of this stuff anymore but coffee shops have basically become legal here so I got some hash called MK Ultra. Jesus, if this is what the kids are smoking these days. Thought my head was coming off.
