It's been tweeted to 'not be crossplay at launch' so there's a glimmer of hope that it goes full Fortnite.

Also no pvp at launch either such not a huge m&k/controller issue to worry about you'd imagine. If it gets popular it might happen I'd say.

I've also got a friend code link for 3 folks that want a crack? I've got a pc copy but I'm not sure if it's system specific? Any folks want a crack?

I'm slow on the uptake Haak and only now found out where to get the linky. My bad! You have to log into the EA website and find a tab there.

No bothers, the whole ordeal is convoluted. Took me an age to sort out my accounts last night. Downloaded and ready now though. Shall give it a whirl on Friday night. Away for the rest of the weekend unfortunately.

I was expecting the usual 16+ digits but mine is just a word and the redeeming thing is loading forever.

I just clicked that redeem code and it came up with a 16 odd digit code that I put into the origin launcher. Shopto seemed to be the cheapest around so can only assume they've been hammered and now it's all broken.

It is - as usual with these things - ferociously over complicated with all the different editions, different EA subscriptions, different early access times and Demo times and what you are and are not entitled too.

I think the way Shopto have gone about it has added another level of confusion.
Its all a bit of a nonsense anyway, if we can pre-order without pre-paying then just make it a completely open demo and be done with it.

Feel free to give it a try! Just click the link above here and it should do the business. I don't know if it's system specific but I've got it on pc.

Edit: resetera says that the codes should work on anything. Click the link and then just choose what system you want to download it on.

The codes from friends are not system specific.I got a code from my mate who pre ordered on PS4 and used it to get the PC demo.

I'm out, but if play the demo to see if it changes my mind.
According to an EA email I get the demo because of EA Access. But I can't get that app to load for some reason and I can't find a demo download on the bone store.
Any idea on how to get it?
