So I'm currently shoring up my Wii collection, and being a patreon of the Back in my Play podcast, they're currently doing a PS3 "what to get" run at the moment. What games from last gen (by this I mean Wii/WiiU, 360 and PS3) do you think it's time to grab now before they become the ££££¥ in future?

Uncharted! For sure it's a seven now but in the future it'll be seen as a classic 10 out of 10.I like to think I'm a CAN DO kind of guy...

Genuinely there's a limited edition copy of U2 that does big business on ebay.
Have a look on Gamesradar Reg they did a whole list of the PS3 stuff taht's collectible.I like to think I'm a CAN DO kind of guy...

I did see that. It was only available as a competition win so it's insane. I'm more looking for stuff that's like £10-15 that may go higher. Yakuza 3 is a good example -
I doubled my money on Asura's Wrath, sold it for about £12. Win.

Limited print runs, limited editions and cult classics. Also games that haven't been ported to other systems or re-released for new generation of consoles. -

Standard ones that always seem to go up...
JRPGS, especially fucking weird ones.
Shmups with limited runs.
Spin offs from core franchises e.g Pokemon xd on GC
Crap licensed games noone bought but are collected by people who collect other stuff of that license. -
The 360 stuff I have left seems to be basically worthless (including Revengeance). -
My Jap shmups are probably worth a bit now. I hear MMP/Pink Sweets double pack goes for quite a bit.

I went for the Ico/SotC remaster disc and the Journey/Flower/Flow disc. I'm also on the lookout for War for/Fall of Cybertron and a replacement Arkham Asylum because the dick I lent it to lost it. Oh, I grabbed the From Dust/BG&E remaster disc, too. -
I need to flog a load of shit when I move. I'm not going to play Mischief Makers again am I?

I enjoyed it. Highly amusing levels of big Bigger BIGGEST about the enemies, and I don't mind QTE's if they're spectacular (Asura's) or give you some level of participation in choreographed fight scenes (Shenmue). -

Those are games I may want to play in the future, there's the only point there is to this.
Unless you're taking specifically about Arkham Asylum, in which case yes, I might be better off just getting the remasters.
