Hi, this is Rob’s wife, Julia.
It is with a sad heart that I am getting in touch to let you know that Rob passed away on sunday the 3rd of June. I am sorry that it has taken me so long to let you know and for doing so via a Whatsapp message from Rob's phone.
Rob’s funeral is at 3.30pm this Thursday at Altrincham Crematorium. Please do not feel any pressure to attend, I just wanted you to know so you have the option.
I would be grateful if you could inform others for me too.
My mobile number is [redacted] should you want to get in touch directly.
Julia

We could do one specifically as a B&B fundraiser, in Mostly's memory, if someone's happy to do the setting up? Then maybe Yos could let his wife know once we've hit our target?
I've set up one of these for St.Ann's in the sponsored play thread - where forum members sponsor others to complete games - but I'll put the link here in case anyone wants to add to it without having to play anything or sponsor anyone.

As an aside here, I should suggest to my consultant that someone should write a paper on the euphemistic size comparisons for tumours. Every image I’ve been provided with are very masculine: golf balls, cricket balls, bullets, grenades, ruminant testicles. At no point have I ever been told, “You’ve got a cancer the size of a fairy cake.”
