You’re both kinda right - they’re PC architecture around custom AMD APUs. The APUs aren’t hugely weird or out of line with AMDs off the shelf ranges (especially compared to the Ryzen 5 “G” versions) so it’s a toss up if you consider that customisation to be different enough from a “PC”, given that the rest of the architecture is PC style, to be “bespoke”.
