Interesting concept until this. A massive error. Probably the end of Google tbh.mistercrayon wrote:The controller directly connecting to the server is pretty clever as a way of reducing lag but why go for the crap Sony analogue stick locations. Sony made that design to bodge onto their normal controller rather than the vastly preferable main hand position being symmetrical.
I don’t quite get it either but I know it doesn’t feel right. Surely if it’s comfortable on one side, it’s comfortable on the other. But no.GurtTractor wrote:Never understood the criticism of symmetrical sticks but whatever grandpasimpson.gif
Seriously that is my main problem with it. I’ll give it a fair crack when the time comes around.RedDave2 wrote:it's google

How much latency does the one extra hop take? I guess hard to judge, but you'd hope not much (sub ms) if just being tied directly on by the streaming box. Maybe depends on the controller-box latency. I guess every millisecond helps, but suspect this is smallish fry in the big scheme of things??mistercrayon wrote:The controller directly connecting to the server is pretty clever as a way of reducing lag
