Yes, there will be a third Emily is Away game and given that I started the thread for the OG and the sequel, it feels right for me to do it for this game too.

Now, wishlist the game or something because even if it's flawed it'll be better than 99% of the shit that Moot / Muzzy play.

But what is Emily is Away?
It's a game about online chat and falling in love and sucking and being a teenager again.
Emily is Away, the first, was lean and brilliant.
The second had some good ideas, but the expansion on the concept (more choices! A second girl!) caused the wizard behind the curtain to peek out a little too often.
I'm not sure if the third will be any good.
While the first dealt with AOL / MSN / YAHOO era chat, the third is now going early Facebook. We'll see if it works. Anyone else in? -
I've played them and they broke me. Like heartbreak. Particularly after the first where I revaluated the way I had online relationships in those days and fuck it wasn't good.

Yar, plus the systems were even more visible in the second. Especially as the two girls essentially boiled down to being the same person. Maybe that was the point but, if it was...it didn’t land, IMO.
