You head down the stairs and move quickly through the basement, securing it before any danger of discovery. You wait for the others to arrive and prepare your assault on the front door.

You walk over to the wall of windows and take out your breaching gear from your pack. You choose the window where you know you can see the guard on the opposite side of the street and begin your work.

Once you've created a small enough opening, you send in James to open up the route to the explosives. He makes a run for it and begins climbing through the window.

> You say "COVERING FIRE! "
You toss a concussion grenade into the room just as James disappears through the window. The loud blast deafens you and throws you back but there is no evidence of injury to either you or anyone else.

> You charge into the room after James and neutralise the nearest guard.
You run into the room where James made his entry and shoot the first guard you see in the head, then neutralize the second one who is attempting to raise his gun at you.

> You activate thermal vision.
The guard wears an armoured coat so instead of raising an alarm when he falls you approach him to finish him off.

> You attack guard with laser sword.
You switch to your laser sword and slash at the guards neck. The light show is impressive but it isn't enough to kill him, instead of decapitating him your sword melts his head completely off!

> You say "Ralph, upstairs now, go! "
The stairwells are always a challenge but today they present a greater threat with multiple enemies waiting to ambush you at every turn.

> You toss a smoke grenade up the stairs.
The smoke doesn't give you much cover but it does allow you to advance up the stairs with your weapon ready.

> You activate heartbeat scanner.
Your built in heart rate monitor indicates that you are experiencing minor symptoms of a heart attack but your heart rate has now returned to normal.

> You toss stun grenades towards the enemy.
The flash of light and accompanying roar of gas disorientates all enemies in the immediate area and you quickly make your way up the stairs firing your weapon in all directions.

> You say "MARINE FORCE, SURRENDER OR DIE! "
You hear a sound like a firecracker in a empty can coming from one of the rooms along the corridor so you toss a smoke grenade into it before charging in, gun blazing.
You clear the final room and radio your commanding officer.

> You say "Sir, building secure. What are your orders?"
He quickly forms a plan to evacuate the rest of your squad from the building and then moves off to another location leaving you and another soldier in charge of the team.

> You say "Why did the CO want us to search this building? "
He doesn't answer straight away and just eyes your men suspiciously before motioning towards a table laden with equipment and explaining that he wants you to check it for working surveillance devices before examining the computers for useful information.

> You search the table.
The room is filled with surveillance equipment and all switches are controlled by a single button on the table. Fortunately each device has a number next to it which allows you to figure out which turns it off and on again.

> You say "Men, disable these devices and collect them as evidence "
Your men quickly begin switching off the devices until they are all just emitting a green light before collecting them up and moving off back up the stairs to check the computer room. You quickly do likewise before moving off yourself.

> You search the computer room for intelligence.
You find two computers set up in the room and quickly begin searching them for secrets, firstly trying the password for the right one but this reveals little before moving onto the other device.

Multiplayer (Alpha) AI Dungeon works very similar to normal single player, but with a few differences.

    Players alternate taking turns doing actions with the AI generating a result after each action.

    You can play with both local (pass-n-play) and online friends.

    Actions and stories are now all in third person rather than second person.

    The host of a multiplayer game can act like a dungeon master and supervise the AI, modifying and fixing responses it gives.

Because the format for multiplayer is different from the original training data the model will initially not be quite as good as single player, however as hosts supervise the AI, fixing issues and improving on it’s responses, we’ll be able to use that data to train and improve the multiplayer model. This alpha version of multiplayer is just the beginning.

Great, cheers for that Gurt. I was thinking Nate would love something like this and it would help him with his reading and story following skills but it takes a sinister turn far too often for me to let him anywhere near it. I'll try the sanitised version a few times and see if it can avoid the bleakness a bit better.
