I bought mine about June last year so it seems really close to me. I get the phone analogy but i don’t change my phone every year either. Especially not when it costs 300+.
I will check out CeX and see if they will take my og Quest for a decent price. Then... maybe... maybe.

Sold mine easily on ebay for £160, was a bit disappointed at that price.

That was me, or at least I did too - sold for £480. Think I chose the right time tho, I expect they won't go for that much anymore.

I've been doing this since the DK1 days so I'm in no rush. My quest 1 will keep my busy for another day.

I have since checked my emails and I got my quest 1 on release day with yodel so there's the possibility it might still arrive tomorrow.
Like I said VR is nothing new to me so not mega hyped but I now want to get it tomorrow just so hair doesn't get to beat me playing on new hardware.
