Gonna boot this up this evening and see what I have unlocked - I'm almost certain I don't have any bike parts but I at least have each mountain unlocked, although probably not every route.

Would be good to pick out a friendly track to put some times into - default bike? Maybe the starting route of each mountain?

Been playing this a bit on pc gamepass and it's really nice. Got it running in 4k and love the style and atmosphere. Feels very tactile and responsive too. I am, of course, shit at it.

Yeah, I was playing last night and my gf found it absolutely hilarious every time I crashed, which was often. Became a bit of a gritted teeth moment.

So yeah I'll dust this off tonight and have a whizz around, but I'm thinking just the starting track or so for an initial foray into forum TT, starting bike etc, accessible for all. Happy to go with the flow though if anyone has a better idea.

I've unlocked the second bike and I think I have three further bike parts but it's going to take a hell of an effort to unlock all of them. Some of the time trials are pretty brutal. It's all about the shortcuts.

Worth completing the no-checkpoints challenge on at least one course so you can see what it unlocks. It was a lovely surprise.

Before we get started I reckon we should find out who plays this properly (left on the stick turns the bike to its left, for example) and who uses the alternative controls, thus pretending it's some sort of weird wheelie 3D platformer (no not that one).

I'd be up for giving this a go in TT and challenging for the wooden spoon. Though i don't play it much so think i've only unlocked the 3rd mountain and not all the routes on that either.
Will we stick to the default bike too to keep things fair?

Also, the right way to play is left is left, right?

Default bike makes sense yeah, and I'm sure I don't have all the tracks either now so let's stick to something accessible for all.
