First level done in embarrassingly many blocks/cycles/footprint. Fuck knows how your 5 blocker works. I think verticality + getting them to fall into gaps / go over each other must be key, but haven't got my head round it enough yet (even with just the conveyor belt!). Definite Spacechem feels, including the pyramid in the car...
I can't do your 5-block on that level though, can only manage it in 6. Grr.
On the second level, I've destroyed your 26-block with a 9-blocker. Have that though.
I can see this being a time sink for sure... and only got as far as welding, the block list looking to have many 'unknown' entries ahead . Leaving it there for tonight though before I start losing sleep on the next puzzle!
On level two, why does it only accept blocks going in to the targets if they're welded, rather than going in un-welded at the same time? Is that just an unwritten rule of when targets are touching each other? (Not that I've rtfm...)
Heh yes I did see that, I'm just trying to understand the rules of the game. If two targets are next to each other, do the blocks always have to be welded on arrival?
Ok ta. But you can have multiple exits (which obviously can't be welded).
Have just come up with a way to better my level 1. But still can't figure out how to do fewer blocks. Gah. I might need to peek at level 3 too though...
I've played infinifactory, do my solutions not show up?
I finally picked up The Talos Principle in the steam sale and have enjoyed what I've played of it so far (just finished world B ). It makes me feel like my puzzle solving skills are fucking majestic even though they're probably a bit average which is the sign of a good puzzle game imo.
Hmm, no, they didn't. Did you play a while ago? Maybe they didn't have score uploads then, or we weren't friends at the time? Maybe open it now and see if you see mine / that kicks it into life??
Though having seen you attempting to escape a room, I can't imagine your offerings will be terribly... competitive.
