I reckon that we should have one place where we can keep our details, so here it is.

Copy and paste the below, delete any unnecessary fields (or add ones if I've missed anything) and fill in your details and I'll edit them into this OP so that everything can be easily searchable. Personally, I'd really appreciate it if people could fill in old GamerTags/forum usernames etc. just because with all of the moves and people changing their gamertags, I'm really confused about who is who.
