If I leave aside Musicals like Rocky Horror and orchestral soundscapes, then you're left with the 80s definition of OST, Top Gun, Dirty Dancing, etc. Given that I'll always have a special place for these

Really predictable, but I have to say Blade Runner. Also very keen on Unbreakable, Fellowship of the Ring and The Cider House Rules. Moon, as already mentioned by beano, is excellent.
I loved Pump Up The Volume at the time, but it inexplicably doesn't include the Leonard Cohen version of Everybody Knows. I listened to the soundtrack the other week and I still enjoyed Sonic Youth and The Pixies, but that was about it.

That brings back some memories. I listened to State of Love & Trust last week actually. I think I''ll reassess the Judgement Night soundtrack tomorrow.Â
I've currently got four soundtracks/scores on my work MP3 player, which I re-load every couple of weeks:
American Graffiti, Django Unchained, The Piano and Winter's Bone.
Think of the first as George Lucas' jukebox. You can keep your Star Wars, I'm a big fan of the movie too.
