Letting go between any obstacle that isn't a pad is pointless as it does nothing to your score or handling. Things get tricky when you have to tap then tap and hold, or hold tap UP TURN DOWN tap hold, which happens in level 4 a lot. Multiple lanes also teach you that holding A is for when there are obstacles ahead, because you can't switch if you hold A. So far, so good. Really like the music, but what's neat is that you're not so much learning a track as learning phrases of a song - the shimmy for example turns up all throughout Level 4, but it gets harder when it is book-ended by different things. Simultaneously becomes a relief when it appears, and a new challenge learning how to switch your brain into gear for it off the back of something totally different.
