someone offering to buy some stuff off me. I've collected one kings idol and three of the other things. I'm a natural hoarder but should I just sell?? I'll then have loads of cash so may well deposit if I can get out safely!!

the description in the inventory for both is a pretty clear "these have not value except to an antique collector", which definitely suggests I should just sell them. Plus the fact there are multiple ones. So I think I'll do that, once I can plot a safe route from there to the bank/a shop. Maybe warn me if that would be a regrettable decision, however...

I beat the lazer dude in crystal peak, and got the stronger ground pound from above the reckoning grounds, and joined the reckoning grounds up with the city of tears (with maps) - but I'm less sure about the Fungal Fog and the Royal Waterways. The Guardian killed me (only just, the fucker), but I think that's where to go, and it'll let me go through posionous water or something? And then I can get another route into the fungal fog? Except I don't have a map for either, which is making things harder...

I did get through the royal waterways to the something basin. Where I met a doppelganger. Who fucked me over. And i tried the three witches and got fucked there too. Oh well, onwards onwards

I'm also very confused about all these chairlifts (where there seem to be two sets?). I don't have a pass, so kind guess that'll happen later (maybe when I have 500 thingies - I only got 450 at the mo & nothing available to give me more )

that's what the sign looks like to me! The tube between sections, as opposed to the stag beetle between sections. I've not yet seen it in action...

I'm down in the deepnest now - and finally have a tram (not chairlift!) pass! That might help get round to the basin by the looks of things, but there's a dreamer I need to see off first.

Mantis Lords down to get here (not sure if there's any other route in) - that + octopus both ended up seeming quite easy once I'd learned the patterns.
