I've been listening to a lot of the Blue Jam monologues lately, and whilst I can agree with those who say that it's a pretty bleak and depressing ride at times, they're also fantastically well written and very funny. I much prefer the straight up monologues to the sketches.
It's also lead me to the spotify playlist of Blue Jam music, has got me right on a trip-hop, ambient vibe like it's the late 90s / early 00s again. My bro was bang into trip hop in the 90s so I feel like a lot of these have been floating in the deeper recesses of my mind for years and years, always there a little but slightly out of the reach of memory.
