Please think beyond Brexit. It's important, but there's so much more at stake here. At least look at the results of the last election in your constituency and see where your vote is best placed to ensure the Conservatives don't win the seat.Dinostar77 wrote:Wont vote labour cause of corbyn. Will vote lib dems or green party. This general election will become the unoffical referendum part 2, basically vote for a party if they are pro brexit or not.

Maria Miller is Conservative. That seat had around 9k Tory majority in 2017, with Labour 2nd.Dinostar77 wrote:Basingstoke BC, maria miller (labour) is the mp.GooberTheHat wrote:In most places voting lib dem will only increase the chances of a Tory government. What's your constituency Dino?
Probably, yes. But Labour are the only party that can win enough seats to form a government in their place.Dinostar77 wrote:Isnt stopping the conservatives the same as trying to stop brexit?JonB wrote:Please think beyond Brexit. Can you explain more? Cos you don't like his policies, because you think he's racist/a terrorist, because he says he won't press the nuclear button, because you think he'll tank the economy by moving money from rich people to poor people, because you wouldn't like to go to the pub with him, ...?

A vote for Labour could make a difference there.
And just to add, Lib Dems and Greens got virtually nothing. Voting for either would effectively be a waste.Dinostar77 wrote:You are correct. Hes a socialist who though i agree with some of his ideas, he will want to transform british politics ala thatcherism did when she came to power. Things are a complete mess in the political arena at the moment. We need some stability and clarity. Corbyn would add oil to the fire then throw some fireworks on top of it.
