I would have been sensible soccer myself. Kick off never felt like football game to me, and I never really saw the appeal. Might be because the first time I tried it was the c64 version (bought because of huge hype in the mags) but even when I tried the amiga version later I still didn't get it.

Kick Off 2 was far better than Sensible Soccer.

The first level of GTA was in my view perfect. The latter ones really needed perfection across too long to feel doable.

Riven (the sequel to Myst) is definitely in my top 3 for the decade, probably number one. Incredible game, possibly still the peak of the genre and still wonderful to experience today.

I'm not sure it's worth it anymore. I didn't get far with SF2 when I started it on the MD collection recently. They're games that defined a genre for me, and were perfect at the time, but the games that came after are so much more advanced and refined that it's difficult to take the step back.

I put in a 0. Because I only played chrono trigger on a rom, and then I played the DS version. It is for me one of the best games I've ever played, and to think that it was released in 93/94, was incredible to me. But I didn't play it at the time, didn't have a snes (my cousin in America had one and I rinsed sf2). So it's at 0. I guess panzer dragoon can go if that still counts

Thoughts on splitting the Street Fighter 2 votes for different versions?

I can see why, but they're all kind of the same game to me, with iterations improving (or not) on it over time. Might be a similar argument for annual update games I suppose. It's a tricky one.
