In other news, I quite like the idea of getting a load of maps for free if you buy the Limited Edition, assuming it's post-release DLC. (E.g., if this were Halo 3, everything up to and including Mythic 1 for nowt.) But I don't like the idea of half the maps costing money to those who didn't pony up the extra moolah for the LE. TL;DR - fuck day one DLC. But the idea of paid customisation load outs for your Spartan? Fuck that noise. So they guy who's got more money than me has more options than me? That's not Halo. That's Call of Duty with a fucking price tag bolted on to core game play. Halo 4 is shaping up to be the first Halo game I'm not excited about, ever. Even Wars had me more excited than this.
It's hardly free.
If you can live without the tat, it'll probably be way cheaper to just buy all the DLC on release. Suppose if you're inclined towards LEs anyway then I guess it's a nice bonus.
Paid-for-perks sound shit, but can't help be a bit excited tho.Â
Still Halo, innit?

What I would mind is the non-LE version of the game having piss all maps, basically meaning that you have to pony up extra cash for the kind of thing that should be included by default. In short, I want to be buying the LE to get something extra, not to avoid getting a gimped version of the game.
