Much more likely to get results than customer services.BT's router, the BT Home Hub 4, which is supplied as standard to all new BT Broadband customers, provides an equally reliable (and often more reliable) wireless signal than the routers supplied by other major UK ADSL broadband providers.

Just picked up a power + wifi unit as well I extend out to other ed if house - dead easy to add into existing power line network, dead easy to use the wps button on router and wifi clone on unit to make it clone the wifi ssid and password, then just plug in at far end of the house and instant coverage (plus a couple of Ethernet sockets).
