Happy Chinese New Year, peeps. If any of you are 12, 24, 36 or any other multiple of 12 then this year is probably YOUR YEAR!
If not, don't worry, this year will technically exist for the rest of us, too.

Yup. Chinese animal characters are wobbly as fuck - no real distinction between mouse and rat, for example - so it's understandable that sheep/lamb/goat/ram all get used. It's officially goat, but worry not.
In other news, things are going well with the missus' folks, they've been awesome. Had booze with breakfast (at the father's insistence) and am already feeling slightly buzzed. The CCTV Spring Festival Gala is being repeated on TV. Tomorrow they will take me out to buy new shoes. All is good. -

It'd depend on your family. Technically "horse", but most Chinese families just do it as 2014, 2002, 1990 etc = horse, while 2015, 2003, 1991 = goat, so you'd probably be slipped into THIS YEAR! Congratulations, you now have super powers.
