I've been here for a wee while now, long enough to realise that most of us are pretty close to perfect.
Of course, most people are not us, in fact most people are stupid.
I was just doing the dishes, and was reminded of somebody who stored her kitchen knives in a pot, blade up. When she stayed at ours for a couple of days she did the same in our house and I nearly sliced my palm open.
A small thing, but a stupid one. Anyone else know anyone stupid? -

My Grandad obsessively peels all the labels off the recycling, removing any and all paper and traces of glue.
At Xmas he had a moan about everyone screwing up the Quality Street wrappers because it was going to take him ages to seperate the coloured film and foil before putting them in the recycling.
He isn't senile or anything, he has been doing this shit for years.
My Grandparents also left a message on my parents answer phone the other day which was basically a 15 minute argument as they had both called my parents at the exact same time using two different housephones. -
I had a friend who was in court once and said 'it feels like your all judging me' to the judge.

Had an old house mate who had moved from India (and living with parents) straight into share accom. He didn't know how to do dishes.
Walked into the kitchen one day to find him washing cutlery then putting it straight in the drawer with dry stuff.I'm still great and you still love it. -

A mate at uni washed a toastie machine in a bowl of water while it was still plugged in.

My pal, aged 18 at the time left a lamp on during a drunken party. Next morning, we all woke up rough aa fuck and he thought it would be A) interesting and
amusing to see what would happen if he poured beer on the lamp.
We spent the morning cleaning teeny tiny glass shards out of carpet. -
I used to work in a small showroom in town. You could see the entire ground floor area.

In college I had a friend who would put one Weetabix in a bowl, then covered it with cornflakes.

This makes me very happy. I imagine him "discovering" the weetabix with a "ooooh!" NoiseNot everything is The Best or Shit. Theres many levels between that, lets just enjoy stuff. -
"A friend of mine" didn't realise that Keifer Sutherland is Donald Sutherland's son until a few months ago. He's 36.
