Thought I'd start a thread because there's a demo there now and a) I like what they've done with it, and b) we could have a little high score challenge on it.
To get things going, my first score playing with all 6 characters (you have to play a few times to unlock this option) was 39.

This is unexpectedly brilliant. WW Gold was a bit of a rush job imo and Game & Wario was great fun but limited, so it's nice to see what seems like an A for effort release. In for launch.

Just unlocked all characters and had a half hour 2 player session... absolutely brilliant fun this.
Definitely got that one more go thing going on. 100% in. -

NES Remix? Great games, 3DS compilation is a cracker. Always hopeful we'll see a SNES Remix when there's a major lull in first party Switch games, don't suppose they'd require particularly lengthy development times.

What they should do is offer exclusive NES/SNES/GB Remix games as a sweetener for the online sub. Ireckon.

There was no characters in the wii version if I remember correctly? Anyway quite liked itI like to think I'm a CAN DO kind of guy...
And the number of cans I can normally do is 12. -
The GC version has characters and it's still a superb game. Better than the Wii version. It was far too contrived with the waggle but then that's to be expected. The GC version was more hard core than the Wii version which is more casual and family larks oriented which is no bad thing of course.Holding the wrong end of the stick since 2009.

I barely remember the Wii version. I was obsessed with it on GC. It had some really anal hardcore things to do.Holding the wrong end of the stick since 2009.

I wish I'd played more of WarioWare D.I.Y, I just wasn't really into the DS (or handheld gaming at the time).

The GC characters are only there to group the games into themes. I think that's how it is on Wii too?Holding the wrong end of the stick since 2009.

I think so - for example the boss level of 9volt is a remake of star Fox.
