Only thing worth getting from KFC are the hot wings. -
A good KFC is worth the lottery. They're not consistent (apart from the one on the Isle of Sheppey, which is consistently shit) but burger, wings, gravy + any other last minute additions I order at the counter always has the potential to be insanely satisfying.

I agree KFC chips are muck but I also would like to object to the notion that consistent decent chips on a large scale are "easy".SFV - reddave360 -
KFC used to be top tier. But I remember the day I noticed a drop in quality and it hasn't bounced back. There was one on the motorway out of Belfast heading West. Lorry drivers used to stop at it which is always a good sign. I used to stop for lunch in the days my job required me to be on the road visiting user sites. One day it just didn't taste as good, or the chicken pieces were not as meaty - hard to pin down. Felt like they had changed a supplier. Never been the same.
It's still a decent shout for a troughing. But I'm more fish and chips now for takeaway than anything else.Holding the wrong end of the stick since 2009. -
