In the Switch thread the view by some is the console is lacking on releases.

I made the comment that I own most consoles (and PC) so really don't need a ton of releases per first party manufacturer. But I was just assuming this is the case for everyone on this forum, I could be wrong here.

I'd be interested to know what everyone owns now and currently/actively plays on from modern consoles/PC (this/last gen)

Probably 60% of all my game time is handheld, either while commuting or through preference at home (Married At First Sight Australia isn't going to half watch itself). So Switch is my most played by a considerable distance. Unless the port is known to be shocking I'll buy my indies here too.

Then Xbox Series S (Gamepass, I LOVE IT), then PS5 (which hasn't had much use so far really, but wowee I've enjoyed the games I've played).

Edit: I occasionally still play games on my One S too, as it's set up in the front room for TV apps. The cross save thing is ace.

Edit 2: And if you're after a proper full list, I play any ROM retro stuff on a modded PS Mini.

not to derail this thread, If i never bought another switch game I've got a huge backlog to get through. It's just that I'd expect to have more to look forward to.

All upcoming Microsoft first party games that we know of aside from the full release of Grounded are Series S/X only.

Yeah, that's my thinking. Beautiful console as well, which doesn't hurt.

I have a Switch but I'm really surprised how little it gets used. The games we have for it are superb. I really, really don't like the controllers. Daughter#2 also has a Lite and she plays that quite a lot though.
