MP games don't get me excited. They're fun on the rare occasion that I play with a group but I'm at an age where I just dont have a load of spare time to play games. Coordinating around a second or third person's availability as well as my own is often a nightmare. So I don't even bother.
I'll wait to see if the single player is actually worth playing or if it's just there to tick a box. -
Did you watch the interview? The impression that I got is that this is geared more towards SP than MP (based on the progression systems), despite the fact that MP is what’s been shown so far.

In the interview he calls playing solo a "classic Arkane experience." Which sounds pretty promising.

That they made a conscious decision to implement a bad multiplayer system is pretty astounding to me. -

Fair enough. It doesn’t bother me too much, TBH, I wouldn’t really expect much more considering the type of game it is.
