It's August, time to outline your purchase decisions for the rest of the year.
I've got 40 hours of Xenoblade under my belt and a sealed copy of Live A Live to fire into so I really am keeping it frugal this year - one game a month for the rest of the year.
September - Splatoon 3 obv goty £40
October - Bayonetta 3 Horny Edition £70
November- Pokemon one copy for me one copy for F edition - £90
December - probably Ragnarok if I can get it for £50
Total - £250.

Fifa ultimate moran edition £65 (it has a rrp of 90 but there's loyalty discounts/ea play stuff/ms reward points I'm saving)
That's about it. Whatever comes on GP. -
Hollow Knight Silksong on 14 September (£19.99 edish). That's it. -
I’ll be day one on the new Monkey Island assuming it makes it out this year, other than that, whatever goodies GP has to offer. -

Nothing really planned but will check out the various steam sales as they happen. I might splurge on another guitar if I see a nice telecaster I like (because you can never have too many guitars).

Maybe not buying, because Game Pass. But I still intend to play Tunic, Citizen Sleeper, Neon White and possibly Horizon: FW.
Then some of Cursed to Golf, Immortality, A Plague Tale, Signalis, Mario & Rabbids, Bayonetta, and The Callisto Protocol.
In reality, though, I'll probably only have time for one or two, unless I get to review them. -

If DoDonPachi Dai Fukkatsu/Resurrection gets a physical release for Switch I'll get that. (provided Black Label Arrange is included).

I don't think they've confirmed the release date of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion but I'll get that if it comes out this year.
I'll also pre-order the Limited Run version of that Shin-chan game and fork out £13.50 for Kirby's Dream Buffet next week.

The fourth Dark Pictures game is due at some point this year. I might get that price depending. Hoping The Quarry might go on sale around Halloween time.

Send messageI'm gonna grab Cult of the Lamb and Rollerdrome at the end of this month.
Besides those I'll be all over Slime Rancher 2 in the autumn and 40k Darktide in December. So I duuno, £120-ish? Plus all the random shit I'll buy in sales of course.
I'll also be keeping an eye on the 40k run-n-gun, Shootas Blood & Teef, when it releases in October. The demo was a right laugh.

Is that due this year? I bought it a while ago after reading about the free upgrade. Even though I reckon there's less than a 10% chance I'll stick with it I'm looking forward to giving it a go with a current gen spruce (even though it'll probably be a negligible difference on Series S? Should've gone PS4 really).
