I haven't played a FIFA since a demo of 15 but the thing that always bugged me with Fifa was everything seemed scripted. In PES, the random element is in play. I dont know if its actually random or just a wider array of scripts or whether the physics model is just better, but it means you get goalmouth scrambles and pinball instead of magnet invincible keepers.

I'm very proud to say I haven't brought a FIFA since 98 and only 4 PES games since.

this seems to be the PES way over the last few versions i've played. It's like it's programmed to lure you in, then after a dozen games, it starts to ramp up the cpu grabbing, pulling, cheating and dodgy goals.Vela wrote:I take back everything nice I said about PES. The game gets worse the more you play it. Controls degrade over time. Yes, I have fatigue turned off.
