I was about to post the same question, but then in thinking why that could be, I worry he may have probably been on the wrong side of the Hong Kong protests.
This is off top of my head so do your own research, but aside from his stance against pro democracy, he's also allegedly thrown his baby across the room in a rage, speeds in supercars then does the 'don't you know who I am?' defence, cheated on his wife repeatedly, is a notorious sex-pest to young starlets, disavowed his (gay) daughter conceived through said infidelity, and, I dunno there's loads. Google it, he's a cunt. Good films though.
I fucking hate that song.
The original trailer used it right? I guess that is why they used it again and somebody probably forgot to check on the usage rights they paid for.
Thanks to whoever reminded me to watch Ad Astra, enjoyed it, felt like a more thoughtful Gravity. And just like Gravity pushed the believability of getting out of a fix a lot.
Sacha Baron Coren double bill at the weekend. Borat 2 was exactly what I expected. Chicago 7 was excellent, superb cast, depressing that a lot of the issues back then are still going strong today.
Charlie Wilson's War Hanks doing his thing, Julia Roberts surprising me as she always does with a good performance and Seymour Hoffman reminding me how good he was. What a loss.
Splendid film - had me chuckling in places which is rare.
Too soft an ending as the aftermath of the Afghan/Soviet war is pretty much a straight line to the mess we are in now.
