Yeah I seem to be able to wake up exactly 3 minutes before my alarm every time. It would make sense but the time I wake up frequently changes.

I'm with moot. I was actually gonna post it, but thought it would be mad contentious. I actually like it when I wake up at 2am then realise I've got ages left. Particularly through the darker months.
