Well, technically you can't do Sonic Racing in a matter of weeks. It's a racing game. You could spend hundreds of hours on the time trials. If it was on my 3DS, I probably would have already racked up tens of hours to go with the 160 or so hours on MK7, but I have it on 360. It's not getting much playtime due to other games.
Hmm Have a copy of this due to drop from Shopto. Ghibli sold. Played one boss of the duff demo to check the grapphhorx. It'll be beautiful, I liked the accents an all iirc...
Decision now is whether to play Xenoblade on the Wii (dropped through the post yesterday from Lovefilm, you need to put on the jap language option if I remember this thread from way back when right?) till then? Don't want to burn out the JRPG nodes of the ol' brain stump...
Edit: Hmmm may have answered my own question. Go up to the first save option in Xenoblade and it already feels a lot like a crappier looking NNK? Little open fight scenes with a z targeting vibe just felt too close to me. Will stick Xenoblade back in the post and wait for NNK to fill the RPG void. Took about 10 months for Lovefilm to send that too... Will have to pick it up at some point then. Enjoyed the 14 picoseconds I played of it mind.
But they've made such a big deal of taking 2 odd years to localise it everywhere I'll be seeing how that goes first. If I leave it in Japanese I just tend to end up treating it like a SNES style FF, read the subs, ignore the visuals and bash the button through it all anyway.Â
It has been a while since I've done a 'proper' RPG now I think. Reet looking forward to this.
Went with Shopto for my big book version. I imagine there could be some slightly cheaper out there but personal history suggests they've got the best chance of getting me a copy from the launch batch.
Good to hear it plays well and looks pretty. Win, win.
I normally opt for Jap audio and subs when it comes to anime but it sounds like they've done such a good job localising this that it'd be criminal not to go for the English dubbing.
