What you can't appreciate from his play is how ineffective its airbrakes are as a reactionary measure. It's not like HD where you can have a slight wobble on entry and modulate them for corrections. Those turn-ins were fully committed, and he nailed most of 'em.

DOOM almost brought a tear to my eye when I saw its date and realised that I first finished it 21 years ago. Gav and Tempy weren't even at big school.
