I wound up doing this. I do have both ps5 versions installed. And yep Miles Morales loads super fast. On the main menu, highlight the game you are unsure of. You will see the name of the game next to the icon (running underneath the row of icons). If it just says the name of the game, it’s a PS5 game. If it says the name of the game then ‘| PS4’ (and a little external storage icon) it’s the PS4 game.
If you want to check whether you have needlessly installed both versions, go to the far right of the row to ‘Game Library’, then press cross. Press R1 to select ‘Installed’. It will show you your games separated by console storage (your PS5 games) and external storage (your PS4 games). If a game appears in both, you’ll want to delete one version of it.
