VPN works if I just watch whatever on laptop. Can access us Netflix, switch to UK and get BBC.
Laptop and chromecast are both on correct network (ie mobile hotspot is virtual router)
Laptop/Chrome can see chromecast and I can connect and get screen to say "ready to cast" in whatever app, but it freezes/hangs when loading.
