Last year they said a lot of the work was complete, but it was on hold. I’ve got Street Fighter X Tekken on my Vita, but I was always more interested in the Tekken engine one, as I prefer the gameplay.
That said, I haven’t played a Tekken game with any regularity since 3. -

It’s what makes it all the more odd that they’re reticent to release, citing ‘splitting the fans’ or some nonsense. It gives the appearance of sticking the finger up at one of the two sides. -

Send messageTekken x SF is basically cancelled. After Capcom shat the bed and pissed everyone off initially with SFxT Namco probably binned their version.
Anyone waiting should just get Tekken 7, it's fucking great, pretty much.
Also Noctis from FFXV just got announced as the next character coming . That is fucking madness.
