DUN DUN DUN! DUN DUN DUN! DUN DUN! *strings refrain*... So folks, here we are. After over 100 Fridays, across two years, here we stand before the final FNF in Forza Horizon 2. As you can see, it's been a loooooooong journey for some of us. Some of us have been unsure, some of us late to the party, and some of us did lose faith... But we all know that when Friday night comes around, the thought of throwing some fast cars around the southern areas of Europe with a room full of badgers is at the front of all of our minds, such is the grip this silly game has on us. But it is nothing without the people that inhabit it, much like the forum itself. And like the forum, this game is our virtual pub, in a way. Doors always open to anyone willing to pull up a chair, and get involved. It is an extension of this forum, but also a door into it, as many have found. The same values and virtues we all hold dear on the web, we hold dear in game (mostly..) But when all is said and done, we'll have a whole generations worth of laughs to look back on. I've personally lost count at the amount of times I've had to put the contoller and headset down and take a minute to myself with all the crying from laughing so hard. The famous multiple copies incident, The Shit Slice, the Ibiza Story, Wookie's not muting us when he's getting a telling off, and so so so so many more. Too many to mention. It's hard to believe that this time next week, we'll all be in a new, much shinier home. This game, essentially redundant. The manic Abbey off-road, the tight village circuits, the wonderfully wavy open roads, the wonderful ocean drives, and... The utterly majestic Costa Sprint. (gimme a min here lads, fuck sake *wipes tears*)... Ahhhhhh. Good old Costa Sprint. You are a masterpiece in course design. You had me at the first corner. Your tricky first long left across the bridge, your twisty sector as we go uphill, the bigger longer left approaching the final bridge, your sweet crispy tunnel, and your gorgeous final section, including yer bins (oo-er). Forever in my heart. Forever and always. Ahem. RIGHT. TONIGHT Calling one! Calling all! This is the LAST STOP for the good train FH2! Calling at ALL STATIONS VIA 'RENTAL CITY', 'STORM ISLAND' ( AND 'WAITING FOR HAIR TO TOOTSVILLE'! Chaz and Children first! Ok lads, one more time! Let's make it a good one. Many thanks to all who participated, the regulars and also to those who have came and went. Love, peace, and rubbin' Gav xPlaying this, then later in the day playing Horizon made up my mind. Most Wanted all the way.
