Also, the follow and rename options on people etc? Seems very limited. Would love to actually be able to follow a specific person and check on them periodically.
This is amazing until very suddenly it isn't. It was a sharp transition for me, but it took a lot of hours to get there. If any future sequel gets the traffic simulation right I'll probably never stop playing.
I gave me a new appreciation of town planners. Or rather the good ones. I've not been looking at spaghetti junctions in the same way since
Not sure on root cause, but after basically keeping things clear for the whole game and only having occasional issues when letting industry water go near residential, suddenly we're getting sickness and bad water constantly in little pockets.
Any pipes that don't link, and in particular, anything near tunnels. Spent most of last night putting out spot fires. (bad analogy.)
I found starting again very hard. Once I'd taken one city as far as I could that was me done with the game. All the knowledge you have gained from your previous city is overwhelmingly and paralyzingly hard to implement in a way that sidesteps all the mistakes you made before. Or maybe I was just unrealistic in the level of optimization I sought.
Bought PC version cause it was $10. Defo gonna get some dlc.
Bone is a very solid port, but there's a couple of basics, even without DLC, that seem like they could be handy. Will be interesting to see what the traffic options actually do.
