Pakora sauce. Â Pour 250ml yoghurt into a bowl, add some salt and mix. Â Add 5g chilli powder, 15g mint sauce and 100g ketchup and mix everything together thoroughly. Â Refrigerate and serve chilled. Â Some places do a non yoghurt version, just use water instead.Liveinadive wrote:I like the red sauce you get, looks like runny ketchup.
Spicy onions.  Chop up a medium sized onion, and stir it into 1-3tsp of ketchup until the onion is thinly and evenly coated.  Mix in 1tsp lemon juice.  Season with 1tbsp sugar, 1tsp chopped coriander, 1tsp fenugreek and 1tsp chili powder. Mix thoroughly. For best results, cover and chill for 24 hours.Liveinadive wrote:That or the chopped up onion stuff.
Blackadder: Now, Baldrick, go to the kitchen and make me something quick and simple to eat, would you? Two slices of bread with something in between.
Baldrick: What, like Gerald, Lord Sandwich had the other day?
Blackadder: Yes, a few rounds of geralds.
