I was just reading the rules a bit more. It seems scores are calculated around a base of 70, so you score + points if your pick gets over 70, and - points if it's under. 0 points if it's not released.
Same goes for counter-picks, except the other way round obviously. So ideally you want to choose games that will get under 70, to get + points. Or, failing that, games that won't get released, which will score you 0. If your counter-pick gets over 70, you'll be losing points.
I think it’s hard to make a skateboard game let alone one that’s clearly angling for that goat simulator/goose meme space where some jankiness can be desirable.
So what happens in our league specifically if a game someone drafted isn't released this year? Kneecap mentioned a repick for unreleased games early on, but that creates problems if people are counterpicking based on the standard rules.
