Have been hammering this. Been out a while. I know trippy had a bash ages ago.
us$5. They've just added a third level.
It's excellent one more go silliness. You're a getaway driver, and it's crazy taxi with guns, slightly top down view.
Cracking fun, and well worth the money.
The learning curve and unlock situation is a bit off, IMO, so you kind of have to grind the first level a bit too much to get to good stuff, but once you do, it's gravy.
Two threads in a day. Jebus. (Bought Hollow Knight too, reckon I'll thread that too and go back and forth with Temps.)
Will edit op soon, this is going early access with all maps and a lot more polish soon. Jumped back on today because I saw update. Very Close to finished. Which means technically release is this year, which means it'll definitely mess up my goty list. It's very good.
I'm kind of regretting not jumping in before they put the price up.
Its still only us$10. Early access price still.
Having just tried one of the new maps, I can say it's really filling out well.
It was fun when I first got it, but now I've seen all the iterations and what they've fixed since I started, it really is impressive.
Balance is bang on, lots of options, lots of variety.
Been a while since I'd messed with the visuals too. And turning off the VHS and crt effects is actually cool without losing the 70s/80 action movie feel.
Clearly into top 5 of the year for me now.
(and you could have a trash pc and play it. I'm sure spec requirements are low and the low settings would take nothing away.)
Also notice they've added a 2 player mode where the mouse controls gun. Could be a hoot.
There are a few games like this around now, hadn't spotted this one before. I've nearly bought American Fugitive numerous times but the view just seems a little too close up for doing skids in cars.
