The creator of the Kargu drone, STM, says the device "can be effectively used against static or moving targets through its indigenous and real-time image processing capabilities and machine learning algorithms embedded on the platform."

It's not really equivalent though. With a guided missile a human has designated the target, even if the missile then independently tracks the target. With these drones they have essentially been told what a target looks like, told to hang around until they detect one, and then attack it.
