Probably. Its mad - they do company emails praising everyone for helping the company achieve record profits but there is no bonus scheme or incentive scheme.
Maybe its my mind set, I think incentives are great for encouraging good work as well as rewarding everyone when things are going well - I feel it helps get buy in. But I guess the CEO isnt going to get another new Tesla if he starts sharing the wealth.
*Thats a bit harsh, I'm sure some of the other Board members are also getting a new Tesla.
