having shin ramen and having a 50/50 chance of cramps next day is part of the deal. it's delicious with cheap slice of cheese and a boiled egg.
these are my favourite all around noodles, noodles themselves are perfect, and good flavours. although american supermarkets mainly stock bbq chicken flavour, which I'm sure of is made just to not scare the americans. another reason to avoid the big supermarkets here.

My current tip is, after the roasting, blend it all together along with a bit of Parmesan and a few of anchovies to add a bit of an extra hit of umami.
Got a breville thing that's more a flat sandwich press than a toastie shape but it's class cos then you can get all the honking great big bits of sourdough in about it. Cheese & some spicy chicken sandwich filler type thing. Just class.
