Golden axe and double dragon I think were the only ones I could beat with one credit.
If you count street fighter 2 ce single player then I could beat that on one credit too.
Other than those I've got find memories of all sorts of games awesome and shit it was a great time, I'll list some just because -

I used to be quite keen on Wing War, which was one of Sega's Model 1 efforts. There wasn't much to it in single player, but it was fun.
Which reminds me, I should finish Il-2 Sturmovik on 360 at some point. Wing Arms on Saturn was also enjoyable.
