How did you find the path up? Speedy progress by you yesterday if so...
Yeah it was okay after I decided to bypass most enemies not in an arena battle. Half an hour on it maybe. Performance on Switch was a joke for that bit and it wasn't a great section. Stayed up to 1am like a gaming champ.
30hrs would be for slow mopping of absolutely everything by a methodical player imo. I'm not sure how long it is but it feels like it's coming to an end after maybe 10-12hrs. Clock is borked, ofc, said 15hrs for day one then reverted to 1hr 45 now says something random.
I've got four and they've been upgraded twice. I also have a thing where when I use one time freezes for about 5 seconds, which is usually super useful. I can get to his second phase without using a flask but he still utterly wrecks me beyond belief every time...
I've cheesed that boss and I hated every second of it. I wasn't close to being good enough to beat his second phase without the time freezes. Took fucking ages looking for extra gear before I felt ready to go back anyway, so my 10-12hrs shout was wrong. Not remotely in keeping with the difficulty of the rest of the game imo.
Credits rolling. Bad ending I presume. Last boss took all of two attempts. Poor show considering the penultimate boss added an extra 3-4 hours onto the length what with failed attempts + equipment quests.
Quality game though, takes a wee bit of a dip towards the end and I preferred the bleak purity of the first one but it's still a strong sequel if more of the same tickles your fancy. [8]
Last boss at first attempt for me (with two spare potions), having died many more times on the penultimate boss than the entire test of the game put together. Utterly ludicrous.
Was already at 99% map, only 85% stuff I think.
And clock at 18h at finish, it turns out.
Agree with [8]. Just. Ending soured things somewhat.
Needs all the cherubs, CBA with that either. Got most, fuck knows which I've missed. Also would need to do the other dead person battle bits, seemingly.
Same, I think I've got 28 cherubs but no idea what's up there. I've done four dead person battles - all a piece of piss compared to the piss-take penultimate boss.
I'd like to know what's at the end of some of the other questlines (missing sisters, the door behind the fervent kisses hand) but I think I'll just Google them. I don't usually do as much as I've already done anyway, enjoyed most of the optional bits.
