I think one thing is that an Evo deck is probably pretty obvious early on, so you can start taking steps to counteract it, or retreat early doors. Alioth is a sucker-punch card that you don’t see coming.
I can see Red Hulk getting a balance change. Four points is far too much, it can’t be competed against. The whole thing with an Evo deck is risk/reward, because to get the best out of it you tend to have to play a round behind.
