Taking off from my starter planet for the first time and flying directly to a local moon and getting out to a explore a new world will stay with me as a favourite gaming experience forever. 2 Ratchet and Clank It's Rachet and Clank! I love those guys and they always come packing an awesome game. This one, their first outing on the current generation, is polished to the highest of sheens. Oodles of fun, and that's all it takes to keep me happy. No more list padding from me.

This type of thread, by its very nature, will not reward the best game. It will reward the game of the highest quality that the most people have played.
Forza, Dark Souls, uncharted, overwatch...good games, sure, but are they they best? Who knows, but one of them will win by virtue of broad popularity. And for that reason I am, as always, out.

Can't see as I'll play any other new games this year so I'll post my favourites later on.
I hope it's ordered with the top 5 each getting a paragraph of text explaining why.Moot_Geeza wrote:I have a secret list of users whose favourites I'm particularly interested in each year.

Well no, they aren't, that's currently Ratchet and Clank, and will be Last Guardian. in December.
Also, not participating because you don't think your game will win, if everyone thinks that way ensures it won't. What if there are 20 people that love some tat that came on Plus or GWG, but don't bother joining in because they don't think anyone else will pick it? Gone from GotY to not even on the list.
Every year, nearly all my picks I'm the only one. WHAT IF YOU WOULD HAVE PICKED THEM TOO CINTY?

You definitely shouldn't, btw.
